Shipping

Shipping is free nationwide for all orders $150 and over. All orders under $150 will incur a flat $10.00 courier charge.

The rest of your items are still on their way, sometimes if the whole order cannot be fulfilled by one store, it will be split into multiple orders and sent from different locations. Once your items have been packed by the stores, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please get in touch if you are wanting an update on your order.

Delivery on all orders is within 1-4 business days to metro areas in NZ. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for rural delivery.

Our service is signature required, unless otherwise stated in the delivery instructions. If you are not home when delivery is attempted you will receive a card to call to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local depot.

Returns

Online Returns
To return your order to our Returns Warehouse please complete the Online Returns Form and send it along with your order, to the below address. You will be notified by email once your request has been actioned. We recommend using a track and trace delivery option as we are not liable for any returns lost in transit that haven't been tracked.

In-Store Returns
Returns taken to store can be exchanged immediately if they have the product/size you need. If not, they will take the items from you along with a completed Online Returns Form and we'll arrange for the exchange to be couriered to you.

If you're after a credit or refund, our online customer service team will get this processed for you. You will be notified by email when your exchange/refund/credit has been processed.  

Items purchased in-store have 30 days to be returned with proof of purchase. Returned items must be in un-worn, new condition with all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in original shoe box which is in a re-sellable condition. Any item that does not meet the above requirements may be refused. Online Returns Policy
Items purchased online have 30 days to be returned with proof of purchase. Returned items must be in un-worn, new condition with all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in original shoe box which is in a re-sellable condition. Any item that does not meet the above requirements may not be eligible for a return.

Full price items may be returned for a refund, online credit or exchange for another size, colour or style.

Sale items may be returned for an online credit or exchange of size and/or colour. Unfortunately no refunds will be issued for sale items unless when deemed faulty.

All items marked as Outlet are final sale and are not eligible to be returned for an exchange, credit or refund, unless when deemed faulty.

Faulty Returns
If you believe your item is has been received faulty, or is faulty after use, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Faulty assessments for online orders are managed by our Online Customer Service team and not by our store locations. Please attach proof of purchase as well as images highlighting the area you believe the fault lies. 

Once received we will make an initial assessment and get in touch with you regarding next steps. Based on the initial assessment we may require to have the item sent back to the supplier, but we will communicate this with you as soon as possible. While we aim to provide a solution for faulty returns as quickly as possible, the assessment process may take a week or two to be completed. 

Once an item is deemed faulty we are able to provide a full refund, credit or replacement if we have the item available. Please note an item may be returned to you by courier if it is not deemed faulty.

Please allow 48 hours for us to process your refund or exchange from the time it has been received.

You will receive email confirmation once your return has been actioned. Refunds may take 1-3 business days to process back onto the original payment method. If you have requested an exchange and we are unable to supply this due to stock, a refund or online voucher will be issued instead.

Orders

Please contact us asap! We pack and process online orders to get them to you as quickly as possible and therefore sometimes we may not be able to make an update to your order. Contact us on help@stirlingsports.co.nz

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the NZ Post tracking page.

FAQ

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX & Afterpay.

Please email help@stirlingsports.co.nz with the gift card number, pin and dollar value.

Once received we will issue you will an online voucher, which can be used online only. The physical gift card will no longer be able to be used in store.

We frequently adjust our prices in response to trends, events and stock levels. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund on the difference if the item you ordered goes on sale or promotion.

You can use the Store Availability button on a product page to check if your local store has the item in stock. Due to demand we recommend contacting the store to confirm availability.

Footwear is shown in US sizing, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Choose your regular NZ footwear shoe size as US & NZ sizing is the same.

Footwear marked as unisex is in mens sizing, please use the size guide to find the size conversion for womens sizing.

Apparel is in NZ sizing.

Specific information about sizing can be found in the size guide located on each product.

Prices may vary from time to time. Stirling Sports stores are individually owned and operated therefore occasionally there may be store specific sales and promotions.
